  1. DETECTION: with REALCO we use the BIOFILM DETECTION KIT, a patented technology, to detect and visualise Biofilm-related contamination through the staining process.
  2. REMOVAL: Biofilm removal by enzymatic treatment. The BIOREM® 2G range consists of patented, highly specific enzyme cocktails that are unique in their ability to eradicate the protective matrix of biofilms.
  3. Once the matrix protecting the biofilm is removed, the microorganisms are released and made accessible to biocides.
  4. BIOREM® curative treatment is effective on all biofilm contaminations, even the most resistant.
  5. VERIFICATION: review of results and confirmation of control measures. Metagenetic analysis is a high-performance technology that uses DNA sequencing to characterise bacteria, yeasts/moulds present in the sample analysed (genus, species and proportions).
  6. PREVENTION: implementation of procedures to prevent the formation of biofilms.
